    so i have a ship that currently produces 500,000 pwr/sec and has 300,000 power storage

    i have a AMC system that says in the structure tab that says it uses 100,000 power usage but in a matter of seconds the power drains to zero what gives? is this not power/second? if so how do i calculate?

    also how do i know how much power my thrusters use?

    It's power per shot. So, dependant on how many shots are fired in a second... You can calculate this through 'dps' in the structure tab and the 'weapon menu'.

    how about thrust? is there a way to monitor its power consumption?

    Structure tab, I believe. Another option is setting up different amounts of thrust with different amounts of mass, and see what results it gives.
    It's possible that mass does not have to be accounted for, against thrust. And that energy consumption depends purely on the thrust number...
    Not entirely sure, though.

    Mass = block count/10.
    All blocks are the same mass, at the moment. Anytime this isn't the case, it's likely due to a bug or glitch in registering it.
