build helper shape out lines not working with space stations?

so i was very excited to try out the new buildhelper option in the latest update, how ever it doesn't seem to work with space stations. it works if i try and use it while building a ship. but not in a build block on a space station. any one else having this issue? please confirm and ill go report it.
