Build Helper Line Thickness

Is there a way to change the thickness for the line option in the build helper tool so it goes higher than 4? I'm trying to work on a build of a ship, and the prongs I'm making are too thin to be seen from a distance. Also, because of the size of the ship, the visual settings are set to almost the bare minimum for I can have the entire ship load at once.
