Suggestion A "Frequently Suggested" pin in the suggestions forums

I'd like to suggest a thread be pinned to the suggestions forum section. This thread would be a list of frequently suggested ideas, along with some links to the suggestion.

I'd also like to suggest that the rules against "necro-bumping" be changed, so that posts that actually add to the discussion but are made over a month after a thread had its last post are not considered necro'd and put down.
