3rd person camera offset

The 3rd person view for both ship and astronaut need to have an offset option for around 10 degrees up left or right of where it is now. As it is, the ship and astronaut completely obstruct everything you're trying to look at making both useless.

Yeah, but we need the player offset as well. no 3ps puts the model directly in the middle of the screen.
