Advantages:

The quoted one can:

1. can respond directly rather than 5 posts below.
   
2. can add a link to his response-post.
3. directly add a link to a summary-post or the answer.
   

It helps moderation because:

1. If peoples quote, they invite the quoted to respond.
   • Everyone fears the golden-rule:
   • Others do unto you what you do unto others.
     
2. It reduces the possible rat-tail of posts
3. It shows peoples when to make a new topic for things
   • Only the thread-OP should respond to replys with a new post.
     

The user can:

1. Style it with stylish (a browser addon)
   • Make better styles for userstyles.com
     
2. Better distinguish between what belongs to the reply to a quote and following text (also with CSS)

The site-owners can add following modifications:

1. Spoiler-Qute
2. Delay-Alerts
   
3. Short-Response limited to:
   
   • 1 rating
   • N smileys per line
     
   • 2 lines of text and links fitting inside them.
