Because I'm horrific at building, I cant seem to get this thing to look half decent, anyone got any tips? any help at all would be very much appreciated.

aight. I load up the launcher fine, download the version fine, click play. it does the 'setting up files 1 time' thing. then nothing, no error messages or anything, I tried reinstalling java and the launcher, still nothing. I managed to fish out the logs, but I cant make sense of it.
