its a reboot of an older server, the admin just hasnt updated the starmade server listing yet. for now its pretty low pop, with the same 6 people plus my group playing. basically its a incubator server. we are practicing our team work, our ships, and our menuvers.

For sure, making large versions of small ships can be fun. I spent some time making an Al'kesh that was 4x normal size. Haven't really gotten back to it since .08 though.

that ship is pretty tiny, much smaller than a glider. never had a reason to build such a small ship... but then again I am sure somone can find a use for one.

On my desktop with an AMD FX4300... not a super powerfull CPU but far better than anthing in a laptop. When I use my server and I add in things like power blocks to a large ship I will see 100% CPU until the power is done recalculating.

the optional heat sinks are an awesome twist to broing heat producing lazers. Sacraficing mass and space for greater efficiency, while forcing bigger guns to be even bigger. although heat sinks seem better to consume heat per second, not add to your maximum heat.

Tau\'ri ships are pretty common, yet I still have not seen a faction for it. Possibly because being a carebear human is lame.
