      I think the secondary effects were meant as a way to give a bigger actual explosion without the need for calculating damage for possibly thousands of effects.       The problem is that you only get one "core proxy." Perhaps it should be linked via cameras instead, so that way you can have a proxy by your docking ports on each side.

      I think should be integrated into the shipyards. I know Zanaten came up with the idea of connecting a block to docking modules to make a shipyard. Perhaps it could control storages and factories and pull materials from those.

      You don't want the generator to draw power from the main ship, since that means you lose power (remember, the beam doesn't transfer all the power it takes.) You may want to add power storage to the reactor as well.

      Rapid acceleration means that you consume an insane amount of power, whenever you try to thrust or stop. With no way to limit it. And also, eventually, the thrust of one block will drop below .1 thrust. In other words, there's a point at which adding more thrusters reduces your thrust/mass ratio.
