I\'d rather just have cockpits act as extra access points to the core. Besides, it would make most of the ships people have made comepletely unusable.

This makes it hard to travel. If you have only a little bit of fuel left and you can\'t make it somewhere, what are you going to do? Unless ship cores had a small amount of fuel by default, you would be stranded. Just my 2 cents.

How will the gravity work? If the flat side has correct gravity, the hemishphere wouldn\'t, and vice-versa. As for falling off oreo-planets: I like this, you never get stuck on a planet forever that way.

Ok, so I built a big battlecruiser, and put 2 huge d1000 arrays in it. On one side, the place where I deleted the d1000 arrays to trim them to the ship size was still selected. Is there a way to fix this?

This seems like a great idea! Just a warning, though: Some of the sciency people around might say, \"You can\'t have shockwaves in space! Change it! Now!\" I would recommend just naming it Space Flak or something of the like. Cosmoflak? I don\'t know.
