      Tractor beams

      Tractor beams should use much more energy like the cloaking device. Reason is you could freeze enemys with it, and it should be some sort of protection to not do that all the time.

      F3 should work as a scanner, and there should be a scanning bock to put in your Ship to increase Range. The thinking is to only show the Ships in Scanner-range
