Some people just don\'t want others to have fun. That is the simple answer.
For the complex and nonsense answer, i\'ve heard that some players use blueprints of giant ships to try and crash servers. Rather than simply banning the griefers and moving on, there\'s been a bit of admins that choose...
While I love seeing people making star trek ships, I must say that the engineering hull\'s shape is not streamlined or canon to the actual ship; And please don\'t claim that it\'s not a problem by saying \"it\'s not done\", because if the hull shape stays as it is, it\'s not really canon.
Buffing speed is all that is needed to make the missiles what they really are: Missiles!
At their current speed, you can hardly hit anything going at top speed on NASS. Big problem.
Missile speed could be relative to server max thrust speed.
Build blocks are not compatible to be linked to shields and power. Only ship cores can do that. Since it is a planet, you can\'t link them to anything.
Some servers (assuming you are playing on multiplayer) have space drag on ships set to lower values. This has a weird effect on AI as they don\'t seem to compensate for it very well yet, so they slide around like they\'re slipping on ice.
Can you please be more specific? What do you mean by \'hangs\'? As in a crash, a server disconnection, or the game simply closing or freezing up?
