Sorry, that was meant to be 100 for Perma-cloak and 50 for radar jam. So really, it should be 405x150 which is 60750. My bad. Although you will want a little more for you thrusters.

For perma cloak plus perma radar jam you would need to times total blocks by 1500 to get the amount of energy per second needed 405x1500=607500 e per second.

I think perma cloak needs 1000 e per second recharge for each block, and 500 e per second for each block for radar jam, and then you power for thrust and weapons on top of that. Hope it helps.
