      Because having the ship not moving would reduce bugginess and systems shutting down would make space stations have an upside. It does sounds kinda over de-buffed though, I did write it early in the morning. :confused:

      Yea, I might have made that kinda unclear, I did mean that. :) And why not have ship get locked into a position when building ships. Shutting AI's, weapons, and shields down until the ship is built or you are under fire? This way you wouldn't end up with half-built ship parts and stuff...

      If we get shipyards on ships why not have them cost faction points to construct ships, but not if the shipyard is on a station?

      Yea, a color like light-ish blue, yellow, orange, or red would fit in much better than green. Capacitors are, like, the only green glowy things atm. Also, I think having animated emissive maps would look pretty neat, especially in dark hallways with shields in them.

      I played Star-Made for one day free (When it was, like super classic) and bought it right the next day. It has been the best game purchase that I have ever made tbh! :)

      Misread this TERRIBLY wrong after reading :p Very neat way the shipyards work! Just wait and see all those arsenals people will be making though, doom shall be everywhere! :cool: Not that that's a bad thing... >=D

      Aw, I was hoping that I would be able to make ships that made their own warheads and launched them. :p But yea, it would be cool to get some decorative blocks that look similar!

      I thought that (and please prove me wrong if I am) Valck is talking about the strange effect where you turn 90' (example) right and end up rolled along whatever axis goes from the front of your ship to the back, something you would not expect to happen ever, without holding the roll key down...

      The flashlight will be nice for boarders digging those dark tunnels, like me, I'm in your ship and you don't even know, about to kill your whole ship... AND YOU! Very nice update! Spawning on your ship will be quite helpful for factions, all member could go to the Cryo-chambers before logout! :D

      I was totally going to suggest unconstrained steering myself today, luckily I don't have to type one now! :p I totally agree on a need for a new steering system/option. Bigger, slower to turn ships in older versions felt a ton more smooth than what we have to do right now.

      Aye, this would be a very interesting feature to see! Area-detector-decided firing, chronologically rotating turrets protecting your important hallways could have red spotlight to imply their hostile nature... :cool: We would also be able to make even better seizure-inducing Red Alerts... =D

      Kinda dark anyway, in the latest release (and maybe one or two before?) things don't ever get pitch-black, it makes the Derelict Delta quite a bit less creepy. If we had aggressives spawning in derelict stations with the Fauna system it would be nice to have them jumping out of shadows and dark...

      A simple suggestion; when/if the flashlight is featured in a release could we have dark areas pitch-black again? Pretty much a cosmetic thing, but battles and exploration would be a lot more tense in darker areas, having players rely on their flashlights in caves and such.

      Lighting -since the last release- has had a brighter minimal level of light, the flashlight -in the latest Dev Build- also helps a ton though! EDIT: And thanks for the heads-up Gamel !
