      Byamarro, Have you managed to get the new recipes working in the game itself doing anything? Because I haven't. And while I think I know how to edit the code to add in a new factory, no decompiler I can find will decomiple it without it turning into a huge mess of errors.

      If you want to end one-hit kills, you'd want to set up a system that punishes overkill in combat. I'm thinking a "second chance" where an overly powerful attack will remove all shields, but then get blocked from doing any hull damage.

      It won't help. The computer has no common sense whatsoever. If you don't want animated textures, open up data/config/BlockConfig.xml and find/replace <Animated>true with <Animated>false. And even then it's a minescule performance improvement.

      A kick might be a bit much. Perhaps teleporting the ships clear of each other's boxdims might be better, and doesn't punish players who messed up. If I accidently manage to get my shuttle stuck in my station's hallway and I can't get it out, then logging me out isn't going to solve the problem.
