      After a lot of bobby_AI turrets got disabled at home-bases, and after a major clean-up of Pirate/trading guild ships, the server hasn\'t had any issues so far, which is great news after a tiresome day full of crashes.

      I applied both changes, and things seemed to be loading much faster on planets. Not sure if it will affect more people, but seemed great for me.

      The box went down this time (so websites too), nothing wrong you did I think, except for the few seconds of *server not responding*. I can try to turn em off once the server gets back. EDIT: box is back, server should be back too in a moment.

      Is there a way to limit the total bobby_ai simulations that can occur at the same time on a server? I know there is an AI simulation limit, but that's only for pirates/trading guild ships, right? Or does it include bobbies? I have a feeling that having too many bobbies running can cause server...

      This only seems to happen when at least some people are on the server. I tested it with white-list, nothing unusual, but with people around, crashes.

      Larger factions will still have larger forces though. I was thinking, what about making a predefined amount of factions with this type of gameplay, so all would start at the same time, and develop accordingly? There would be a \"grace period\" as well then, an amount of time where attacks...

      Several bugs plaguing the game currently

      When entering a sector with a lot of large and docked ship (via spawn/respawn or teleport), all the ships start to collide with the structures because they don\'t appear as docked at first, causing 1 fps for quite a while. This may also affect server performance, but not too sure of this.

      That\'s due to a crappy game build. Hopefully most of the critical bugs that cause these crashes will be fixed in the next update, which is taking quite a while.....
