Because this game allows ships to be stolen, and that rule changes per server. Don\'t play on a server where PVP and ship stealing are allowed, and there are ways to stop people from stealing your ship.
You probably also had Java 6 installed on your computer.
While Java 6 is good for some things, Java 7 is better for more, because it is far more recent.
You\'re not the only one who got bored. I actually have gone and made a base that is a little on the long side (1x1x30), and made a tube, sealed off on the inside three blocks in so I could stick it on, and see how many cores I could fit into the tube.
Why not have it that it just leaves it dropped, like minecraft or almost any other game known to man does?

I\'m just asking a fair question on why it has a lot of people building stuff from it. The information such as \"They are some of the best documented ships in terms of blueprints\" Could have been the only sentence you kind of needed to answer my question.
Especially since I\'m planning on making a giant Titan ship that houses three docking trays that house 25 ships each, and also house a lot of turrets for use on the ship itself.
But then the fact that you would have to actually start making more bases, making more alliances, and try not to let those bases die. But this could also be less limited by reducing the fuel usage by attempting to increase accelleration.
