Generation 1 Calderon ships are based on Caldari designs, however we switched to Amarr due to their unique hull designs. For the moment if you do happen to stumble upon a Caldari looking ship from the CR, it would likely give you a nasty surprise.

The Calderon Republic has been attempting to arrange the opening battle to the war with the Tartaran Empire, however to no avail. They have yet to give us a reply. The CR will continue regular fleet ops and combat drills to ensure we are ever so ready when they finally decide to face us.

Most of our ships are indeed gank and tank, however we do field ships with separate roles during fleet ops, example X tanks paired with Z main DPS carries and Y DPS supports.

Just a note, it doesn't really benefit the CR in anyway if kiting were to be allowed, because we would much rather take TE ships head on in a fight.

So if you eliminate kiting, am I correct to say that I should expect your ships to attack mine in only a head on tactic, and that they should in no way attempt to dodge my main weapons?

Yeah, but that's up to the decision of the user, you shouldn't be forcing them to do it if they don't want to.

Yeah the resolution melted his shields like a hot knife through butter. His turrets did prove hard to clean up, we lost quite a few of Jan's non faction missile cruisers "red roosters" trying to clear them up, but after the 3rd attempt we requested help from the vaygr.

Just a heads up kiting is a tactic commonly used to avoid damage taken by maneuvering out of your opponents cone of fire. It should not be confused with type of kiting you are imagining which involves running away to another sector.
