If some of the people in Vaygr decide to make alt accounts and play under another faction in their free time its their decision. A faction can't really force them to do otherwise on other servers.

Cobalt Royalty now have a ship that is capable of delivering high quality torpedoes, ehm, I mean missiles. Nemesis Class Frigate Executioner decommissioned due to its role not being necessary at this point in time.
