      Drones do damage, everything else is a bonus... Also, thanks to how Starmade works, you can equip literally every ship with at least one drone or more. Or a rack Or a rack container Or you just fire drone racks with timed activators through a warpgate. That be fun ;)

      Single-rocket drones without shields maybe? That would cut down on cost quite dramatically, and drones really dont benefit from protection. The rockets are there to tear enemy ships apart when you killed its shields.

      Here is something weird: I had a decrease in drone efficency due to the last patches... Seems like the turrets are targeting better (as in: not like dumb bricks). Can someone confirm that? (No changes to config). Also, nekroing this awesome thread. Deal with it, mods! ;)

      Hm... Thats a lot of waste material i guess.... Maybe if you could recycle the rocks and other stuff to get a random shard or ore that would cut down on the time required. At hefty exchange rates, of course.

      As I suspected. Smaller vessels really dont need such a system, since when they come under fire, they will just die. And for the bigger ships it works, so all fine in droneland. Plus all the bug fixes, armour plates please ;)

      Just a core takes 30 seconds to be destroyed (i think). Plenty of time to blow up the rest of the ship. Iam still thinking another core on that core plus area trigger on the main ship would make for a faster response.
