      For ships above the power soft cap it can make sense to have self-powered and maybe even self-shielded turrets. The shield overview would allow us to quickly deactivate shields that are down anyway to save energy. We could activate plex-door domes or just rotate the ship to protect a turret...

Then pick a color in advanced build mode or via hotkey + mouse wheel (paint must be present in inventory of course) and build.       Just for info, shield sharing limit is 25%, not 50% anymore. But things like hangar doors are still pretty much useless compared to plex doors.

      I'm no sure if the O.V.E.R.V.I.E.W. can be integrated into the HUD that easily, especially in cases of ships with many docked entities and players with smaller screens, but it would be great if Schine could pull that off.

      If the orientation of one of the cores is wrong both the barrel and the base might try to rotate around the same axis. This would result in only one of them actually rotating.       Wrong core orientation maybe; make sure both 'up' and 'front' are identical for both cores in the assembled state.

      I don't like exploding fuel tanks. This would cause chain reactions, probably with a lot of lag, which is what this suggestion actually is intended to reduce. Furthermore, I don't think this game will become any better by adding the tedium of fuel mining.

      Power capacity is obviously a float, not an integer like credits, so you can't compare both.

      You have some good points. I completely reworked it, there are far less buttons now, and I removed some of the hard to implent things.

      I just had a quick look, but it seems outdated. Beams now have a built in piercing effect, which is negated by armor, though, so all damage goes to the first block until it's destroyed.

      Fuzziness makes bug detection unnecessarily hard.

      Cannons and beams are heavily bugged, so don't expect any number that make sense. Advanced armor has 75% damage reduction, 0.8 is the rounded value displayed in-game. Similarly, faction blocks have 99%, which is displayed as 1 in-game.
