If you are on the official test server the shop at 2,2,2 is free and infinite even if it says its empty, other than that give me a time to meet you there and I can admin spawn it in.

Ok it seems similar to the stuck in ship core on exiting bug. If you are not admin or lacking in permissions near that undeathinator you can try using the "o" button, since it will warp you out if you have line of sight to a sitable surface in range.

Try making a new folder then copy paste only the starmade-starter.exe into that start it up and install latest release version into that and see if it will respond to mouse input.
You will need to open the processes tab and in the image name column you will be looking for a javaw.exe, highlight that one and click end process near the bottom right.
