      You've got a point there. In order for it to work worth a damn on ships as a primary method of thrust, there would have to be a way to intuitively control the logic and I don't have a clue how.

      My thoughts exactly. In all honesty, I think the proposed thrust update is a bit over complicated. If we allow thrusters to be controlled with logic, this could potentially perform many of the ideas put forth in that update. even more so now that we have rails and wireless logic.

      I don't know about you guys, but I think stealth is going to be even more busted when we get crews. Its hard enough building a decent stealth ship with no interior, let alone one that can accommodate a crew with workstations and such. Oh, and +1 for fixing this bug

      A simple suggestion; Controlling a bank of thrusters with logic. The thrust will be applied to whichever direction they are facing. Could make for some neat builds, especially when going wireless.

      Honestly, I tend to agree with you. I'm pretty sure there are enough variables built into this idea that it can be balanced without the need for external penalties. If I am wrong however the no shield thing should be one of the last added because, it would be a death sentence in most scenarios...
