      It hasnt been based on dimensions for quite a while, but the wiki (if its still around) has the wrong info. It's just blocks/mass ratio now. And yes 1 comp 1 module is the most worthwhile scanner unless you plan to make a docked scanner or a dedicated scanning ship.
