      Ooh man, the possibilities this opens up are great. Imagine an overheating reactor torpedo. You're basically lobbing miniature stars at the target to do heat damage to them while bypassing their shields.

      Just a minor one here. I'd like to see stabilizers in docked entities count for the reactor of the ship they are docked to. Mainly because I'm digging the idea of rotating rings on ships that happen to be the stabilizers.

      This would also be cool. Especially if we had some seriously heavy shielding blocks that prevented heat damage. You could have stabilizers to keep the reactor from running hot, or you could build your reactor inside a case of heavy shielding to protect the rest of the ship.

      By your own admission the PvP'ers don't want to PvP 90% of the time, and that 99% of the time its just spawn camping and newb griefing. If we use that logic, we shouldn't be trying to balance around open world PvP either, we should be balancing around sitting outside of a base and not moving.
