When you described the chambers it the first thing I thought of were that they were some sort of upgrade drive inserted into the ship. Which got me thinking, would something like 'Drive Points' be slightly less offensive to everyone than 'Tech Points'?

Do the Outcasts actually have ships? Every ship I've come across of the Outcasts are tiny little things without any thrusters. Are all the Outcasts' ships like this, and if so, what is their purpose? Is there something I'm missing?

I don't really think that the numbers in SM get large enough to make it necessary. But I guess, if you make it an option. As most people can't easily read that. The most readable would be text, but that takes up way more space. Unless you only approximate it, then it becomes less accurate.

Is there an option to create faction fleets? I feel that having only personal fleets will wreak havoc on factions. But I've never been in a faction, so I've not got much experience with them.

I just write 'World 1' etc. I do name planets though, I name them after Roman gods. (like 'Bacchus', 'Minerva', 'Janus', 'Orcus' for example.)
