      Just saying what the devs said lol. Not disagreeing. Devs have just said there are performance issues with having cameras/multiple views per player. That was when cameras were suggested last year, performance might have improved since then.

      Thank goodness XD At least it won't be too difficult to move shield groups around then. Good points as well, depending on the numbers we will likely see adjustment either way. I'm still hoping for power capacity to play some role in the new system though, it feels kinda empty without it :/

      Adding an interior doesn't have to come at the cost of performance imo. For builders it's more of a personal choice rather than a detriment to have an interior. Its only drawback is that it will decrease your fps a bit more if you look at it which sucks :/

      Have you ever spent 5 hours attachting Point defense turrets to your ship? Even if a couple get shot off they are an absolute pain to re-attach -_- Ergh I wish there were easier ways, 90% of the time if a turret gets shot off I just respawn the whole ship.

      Thread from 2 years ago, and thread from 1 and a half years ago. There has been no change or disscusion from the devs since then. Forgotten? Most likely or simply not considered important by them, which is a shame. Being recognised by the council means little unfortunatly.
