      The reason may be the fact that the planet starts loading blocks of the terrain only when you\'re at certain distance from it, and it ay be what slows down your game. When the framrate drop hits you next time, try to stop and then wait a minute or two - see if it\'ll help.

      I am against the idea of levels - in fact you can make a decent ship with plenty of space, depending on how you position and combine modules.       Ah, good ol\' bug, reported plenty of times - at least I recall suffering from the \'blue ship beacon but no ship itself\' version myself. Hopefully Schema will put fixing it a notch higher in the work priority list.
