      I keep the default speed of 75, too. If you increase the speed along with the size, you're not really accomplishing anything. Jump drives are the primary means of long distance travel, and their performance is based on number of sectors rather than meters, so they scale with sector size just fine.

      At the request of a friend who wanted a version of my airlock without any docked entities, I have a plex-door version, as well. If the OP or anyone is interested in that setup, I can upload it. I'm not a fan of plex-doors. At least the force fields make sense when they wink out of existence.

      Perhaps the real problem is that blocks are "too big." When a block is 1 m in size, it means that everything on a ship becomes bulky. I'm not saying Schine should change this, I'm just making an observation of how it impacts turret designs. Really, turrets aren't a big deal on titan-sized...

      The file is going to contain the maximum dimensions of the ship, and the shipyard has bounding box dimensions of its own - why can't it just center the ship in the yard based on that? Why does it need a block at all?
