I wonder if taking away the system size damage penalty would help with that. It probably wouldn't fix it, but it wouldn't impact small ships, but would extend the time that larger ships are not overheating.

IIRC we've mined out ~25 systems each with an average of about four planets each. Literally a hundred planets. Then again it's SS, so they're fairly small (r90).

We only do planet mining, on the server we are in, you get ~10x as many rocks as you do capsules. 5x capsules per raw means ~5x rocks as refined mats, but we've been making ships and other resources. Then again a lot of that might also be metal mesh xD

It doesn't actually discourage us much at all. Cargo is relatively cheap, and most of that pile (I'd say 75% or higher) is planet blocks that we can just ditch if we need more space.

Any OP of a thread in the faction section has the ability to delete posts in their own thread. It's really interesting and somewhat of a nice feature.

You can build your PD without faction modules. They will not shoot at each other, and shooting down friendly missiles depends on the servers configuration, but typically they will not shoot down friendly missiles.

Reduce offline faction member faction point gain. Honestly, most of the faction points factions get is from members who were online recently enough, but are offline. It's a little bit odd.

Exactly this. Bobby AI isn't allowed to be on when someone is in the core of the same ship. You can use a build block, a weapons computer, or pressing r as an astronaut to turn it on, but if you're in the core of the turret it will not work.

Servers work regardless of whether you have paid or not at this point with the game. I do not know if your registry account will have the paid version, but I'd imagine so.
