      The issue is not in designing it. I imagine you could... it's just that there's a 10% penalty per group. A simple formula for the power penalties is 1+(0.1(groups-1)) At 400 groups you get 1+(0.1(400-1)), or 40.9. It literally would take 40.9x power to use this weapon as opposed to another...

      I'd be interested to see it working. A screenshot would do, a blueprint attatched to a comment would be better. If it works, it's simpler than mine, but I don't believe there's any way for the circuit to reset itself.

      For all the well deserved ragging on this with weapons that you have lots of control over (beams and cannons mostly) I can see why it would *work* with shotguns. Having a calculation on the accuracy of anything with a missile secondary might work. IIRC that's been shot down in the past though.

      Part of the fun of wireless logic is that you will never be too far from something to activate it unless it's unloaded, and if it's unloaded, the timer wouldn't work either.

What you really want to do is set it up so you have two activators adjacent and connected to the rotor, each and connected to a not, and the nots going to the activator that does not lead to them.       Looking through the config, I thought there was an option to limit missiles (serverside) but there isn't. There's an option to limit simultaneous explosions though. Guess I'm using my clocks and missiles with 20 outputs to screw everyone who uses missiles xD

      Yes, we've established that minmaxed ships win battles, you don't have to reject something because of it. It's technically a hindrance to have decorative blocks on your ship, but schema's taken up dozens of precious block ID's for them.

      Or you know, schema could re-balance it so normaly salvaged blocks have 200 health and everything else has 10,000. The actual numbers/partly the mechanic don't really matter. It's an interesting concept.
