mmm wallpapers... i need one of those, a year back i put a steam background on my desktop and changed my theme colors so i could pretend i had a "Steam Box", it's been this way ever since... (but it does look pretty, so kupu would have some competition if he wanted to make something as awesome...

Essentially what you suggested is having the ability to make ships act as Crew? (plus a few other features i really like, like protect sector)

Yeah, it used to be that overdrive could have infinite efficiency (it just mattered how many thrusters your computer could handle :P) but defensive effect modules were nerfed so that they can only work at 100% efficiency tops. What that means is that it is only possible to double the server...

Would be nice in the future, but since we're still in alpha and there currently aren't any big problems with the launcher (just some organizational and aesthetic issues) it isn't really urgent. That doesn't make it any less important however ^^ I love the idea of a new fullscreen launcher : )

What if NPCs had conscious thoughts? This would help since Juffery murdered Q the other day and I want something to keep me from going insane. In all seriousness however, I do like the idea of jetpacks. Escape pods could just be a ship docked to another ship, only with an escape pod docking...
