yea there would be an idea, have a fleet's ships outfitted with a "clip" docking port with power supply beams and power tanks with maybe 1 small reactor square to fill it up and have each starbase have a small or large number of the clips for their ships to refuel their jump drives, of course...

yes they will i bet, but that massive middle doom ray at the middle it alot like the one on the daygar from brotherhood republic, it can one shot 7.5 million shields
