He wants a tracking drone that ignores faction perms, can't use weapons or destructive devices and will latch onto any rail it can, while reporting it's position back to you.

As far as i am aware, water has no collisions in the vanilla game. Refineries on ships are not allowed, since they're technically exploiting the game.

It is not specifically a PvP server. Other occupations are offered and not severely nerfed.

28 turrets. 112 guns. Lots of firepower. They do almost no damage what-so-ever but they're impressive! ...they're for point defense, who am i kidding. Even then, this is a little over kill. I love it.
