The turrets, rapid fire low damage AMC's for anti missile and heavy damage missiles or AMCS with the anti ship turrets, if possible fit an overdrive onto the ship. As for weapon slaves, I don't know what each one does yet sorry..

Recommended ship type: stealth-cruiser
Objective: infiltrate well guarded pirate base under cloak and capture a logbook containing pirates "vital" plans and give It to the trading guild.
Reward: credits, alliance to trading guild, knockdown prices at shops and faction...
AMC's ,swarms for hitting multipul targets and preferably a mixture of anti-missile and anti-ship turrets, if you plan to fight ships with large Sheilds then use ion effect beams. Make AMC array have ion effect as well if combating heavy shields.
Of course we all know the trading guild and pirates, but what if you were able to hire mercenaries for a price to defend against the dangers of the single player ( and possibly multiplayer) universe? I know that we can hire npc soldiers from advanced shops and that them being able to fly a ship...
