      How do i build smooth wings like this

      If you want completely smooth, you're stuck with 45°. However, if you just want the general shape, you can use the line tool under build helper. You pick a start point, an end point, then an outline is displayed of where you need to put blocks to make your line. From there you can smooth it out.
