      This is my position for now. However, i will still wait until further expansion on more alien terrain is implemented. It's entirely possible something is added in the future which fulfils that role inadvertently the same way ice has.

      Back to regular schedules! I hope you all had a good holiday break. So, new pink. New mesh. (note: in direct sunlight). Yay or Nay. Older textures are being given some love again, just the same as we did with the computer units overhaul. Some older blocks are starting to feel their age...

      Because if you are staying in the same chroma and value range, you change the hue. The first, quick "pink" hull implemented was kept in the same rough chroma / value range. I'm terrible at explaining things, maybe that didn't come across in the previous post?

      I think it's a possibility for sure. We don't really have any low level lighting in the game (and to be frank, logic or power capacitors shouldn't be filling that role). I'll put aside some time to draw up a few ideas.

      Oh... how strange. Do they produce an error message? Have you filed a bug report? What graphics card do you have? I can't imagine we'd wait for beta if certain graphics cards are unable to load textures. It's a relatively serious bug :/
