Both the crystal armor blocks and just regular glass have invisible icons, which is annoying since you have to scroll all the way through and read the popup box just to see what they are.
They had icons a few months ago, what happened to them? Are they going to be added back in?

Fraps is free but it has that annoying tag right at the top of the screen.
The devs have already stated that light ray casting is "too complicated for the engine", so I doubt this is going to happen.
It also murders performance compared to minecraft lighting.

Also solar would never be able to power something like a warship. Just look at the ISS solar panels and consider how little those giant things even power.

The only really important factor in salvaging once you reach a certain size of cannon is the area of your salvage array anyways.

However, grouping effects still apply, making the power requirements much MUCH greater, and nobody in their right mind would have a salvager with only 1 beam...
Ever since the salvage beams were changed (one of the few aspects of the game that still worked properly) they have been utterly broken and essentially useless.
This is especially problematic considering the new resource based economy implementation.

I think if they were just reduced to their old range, they would not be laggy any more.
