If it was SMEdited it would have most of the wedges the wrong way around and corners where wedges were supposed to be ect. These were not SMEdited.

When you die your ships core overheats, if you don\'t get there in time it dissapears. It could have also flew to another sector if the ship was still moving when you died.

This usually happens if you shift click the stacks into the plexstorage without a small break inbetween each stack via my tests, doing it too quickly will cause the stack to disappear.
