There are in fact two ways to bring back the spawn shop via admin commands.
You can bring it in via a sector import. Or you can move the current spawn shop over one sector to say 2 2 1. Then use the "repopulate sector" command on sector 2 2 2. This will respawn the advanced shop.
I am gunna state the obvious here...
What's wrong with just bringing the advanced shop back in the sector next to spawn? even if the TG is deleted you can still spawn the shop keep and buy stuff....
Yeah I know it's pretty bad. Essentially non functional at this point. I can only occasional get something to dock. Mainly it just flys up to the pickup point and spins in place.
I think the pickup point needs to be more like an area trigger. The ship should snap to the point when it gets...

Unfortunatly I have already been down the route of trying to restrict blocks via that blue print setting you speak of. It will also delete any stations that have the restricted block. And I don't mean delete them from the blueprint catalogs...

Well custom block configs don't get overwritten anymore... If you put them in the config template folder the custom values get carried over with each update and addition of new lines.
