It used to be visible in debug mode, however it also reveals cloaked ships. You can still use it as an admin tho

I think everyone is missing the obvious point here, although heillos touched on it vaguely. The only anti-boarder defense you need is a swarm missile array and the entire team is toast.

There is literally nothing wrong with this. With a 10+ minute charge up that can easily be stopped by interdictors I see no problem justifying its "fixing"
