      Hmm, maybe it has to do with driver updates for 'newer' Nvidia cards, but let me remind you that with my old GTS 250 it happened with old drivers as well as the new installed one... Additionally I had and have no problems with any other game with either driver flavor. Greets, Jan

      Well, I hate to say this, but that didn't help one bit. Still big white boxes in galaxy view. Done the other steps too btw, so it isn't that either, very disappointing. In some situations when I turn the view around I can see some purple planes from the inside looking out, the color the boxes...

      Same here, all claimed systems are white and not transparent, the items in the system, ships, stations, planets, are only visible when you go into the box. In fact this makes the game unplayable as far as navigation is concerned. (latest build v. 0.19361) Greets, Jan

      Ah, he means [shieldCap] [shield] [power] and [powerCap] variables on the Display block. I presume that if they're not mentioned on the block menu or under the format help button those aren't there yet. Greets, Jan

      Well, there are now three curved lines to the left on the HUD, one gold/yellow is shield status, could the other two be what you're looking for, because I actually don't know what those indicate. ;) Greets, Jan

      Well, the title of this thread suggested otherwise and as for the direction of combat, that's a question of strategy. What PD turrets are I don't know, but all in all I'm not convinced. ;) Thus said, I agree that the AI should be more smart, but that'll come I'm sure. Greets, Jan

      Hmm, only if the missile comes from the direction the hole is pointed to, otherwise you're out of luck. Not really so much of an exploit if you ask me. ;) Greets, Jan
