IMO global chat should be Admin only. Chat should be your loaded sectors only or disabled. I propose server config settings to control chat permissions, distance and History. Faction chat would be still global. One idea was to make out of starsystem chat have a delay dependent on distance.

I agree! It is configured so that you can play without an admin online. This is so far the best way to have a non-persistent fighting only game play type inside of starmade. Anything the player makes is removed. No blocks carry over from one game to the next. and at the moment, FPS game play...
