I definitely like that fighter. It's simplistically designed and looks like how a fighter looks. The other builds thought need a bit of work. Add in some shape variation, armor colors, and really just things in general.

Yes, this is a relatively common suggestion, and it's probably going to be in the game at some point. I imagine there will be some debuff for shipboard factories for balancing purposes.
