      Try to look for all of the old-style docks. Remove them and the game should realize it and allow normal rails to function.

      I figured it out. If you hold RIGHT shift with the cursor on the block you can see if it is the output or not, it's listed as "active" or inactive.

      Uh, nope. Literally doing this now. The ship will maintain a constant rate of speed. You can check this by looking at a display with a speed readout on it while in astronaut mode in a moving ship.

      This was weird, I went into settings and it was 1920 x 1080 in the settings file, so I deleted it and retyped it and now everything is fine. Good suggestion!

      Nothing I wrote would suggest otherwise, but yeah. Honestly, I think the tree is very well designed and intuitive. Of all the problems with this update, GUI and presentation of information is not one of them.

      It sounds like you are trying to make a separate chamber for each level; that's wrong. Build one chamber that you then specialize, once you choose the specialization click the "level up" button in chamber menu.
