      the thing that interests me is the fact that the power regen doesnt increase when stabilization goes up. the max stabilization distance is still pretty large but now theres a logic tube thing that appears when a stabilizer is place down. wonder if this is the beginnings of schema's fix for power.

      not sure if anyone has talked bout this yet but the latest dev build seems to have a new mechanic with reactors and stabilizers. power regen doesnt change regardless of the stabilizer distance but theres a new stat called "stab. Integrity". Wonder what this could be?

      Whats bad is that I'm a RP builder and it only took a few minutes of playing the first dev builds to see the problem with stabilizers. I mean if schema is really dead set on keeping them in the game at least remove the minimum space required to maximize stabilization.

Just be careful, this is still full of bugs and could cause problems so back up all your data or use a completely different install...

      unless you're planning on offering players a choice between these 3 starter ships at the beginning I think that it would only make sense to have faction specific starter ships if the player can choose their starting scenario. for example the way you can choose your new game start in x3.
