We have the log (can't find it right now) but he was complaining about an exploit he found being pathed but he found a new one. But don't get us wrong. We don't consider ourselves space police or anything. Whatever the exploit he was using, we were/are more than capable of defending ourselves.

I'm kind of against them ignoring shields completely due to griefing... But I think they could ignore shields if the are below 80-50 percent. I can see potential in this as a boarding tool.

I think it's quite obvious that we will be able to transfer cargo between ships (EDIT as soon as we get the cargo system), otherwise it would be a major game breaker. Cross-entity RAIL movement is a completely different thing.
