      Weapons feel too weak

      IMHO, explosion is just not worth it. The amount of falloff of damage is too great to make it useful at all. I've experimented with various weapons using explosive tertiary and none of them do enough explosive damage to even count unless it's absurdly big, and even then the spread is pathetic.

      Punch Through Module -> no effect

      I'm pretty sure punch through is still valid. A cannon on it's own seems to only destroy one block. With explosives, it's damaging everything around it like you'd think and punch through, I can clear an entire gun barrel row from a turret with a direct hit.

      Gotcha... I agree that they should power down when not in use. I'd say if they have a design loaded though, it would take power to generate the hologram and even more power to build a design.
