Reading another thread on the topic of the config I realised tha it was 10% of all blocks and not 10% of mass like it was before. I feel that may be a bug. Could a dev please confirm whether it was the intention to make it 10% of blocks and not 10% of mass?

It is a percentage of blocks now? It was indeed supposed to be mass, at least that's the way it was. Percentage of blocks indeed is a bit too big of a nerf.
