Um guys might want to check if spawn protection is really on for your servers just checked my local single player game and a server I'm on and it wasn't on for some reason. Might have been turned off when updating but was never turned back on.
This should be limited to sectors that have been explored since they games already knows what is in those sectors. This way the game cna keep track of what is mined and how much without having to load the sector. :)
On a side note:
Scout System (x,y,z): if the coords are left blank it...
I'd rather NPCs of both NPC factions and player factions do nothing while no players are online but be active when at least 1 players is online. Having that as a server option would be a good idea as well so if a server owner wants the world to be active even without players it will be. :)
That reminds me is the sector load range and the nav view range floating around in the server config somewhere? If not it should be so server owners can customize it to their liking. :)
We already have them they just aren't in use for anything other than adv shops and the old crew attempt. Likely the new Astronaut NPCs would simply be more advanced versions of them.
I've been amusing myself with a fighter idea that uses a docked hull but haven't a clue how it's going to work out in the end though. Trying to keep it under 20m in each direction and 1500 mass or less. :)
Generally for me drones are 500 mass or less, fighters, bombers, and ultralight frigates are 3000 mass or less, and there's more but most of mine generally see anything over 100,000 mass as an ultralight titan or larger.
I'd say Being in the same state I logged out with them in would be nice. Say I logged out with them in Attack I should login with them in Attack, same thing with the other commands.
Yes and no, yes if making money, no if not and not taking money from the real starmade due to them losing customers. XD General rule, avoid naming your game the name of an existing game.
